Organization structure

At Spadequeen, our team is divided into various roles that help us attract queens, nurture their deepest desires, and fulfill their emotional and physical needs. Our organizational structure functions like a well-oiled machine, with each role playing its part at the right time to transform a queen's tastes and emotions. Once a queen enters our process, she emerges as a Spadequeen with fully developed desires. Our team is divided into the following roles:

Raw Queen: A classy woman whose emotional and physical needs remain unsatisfied. Conservative society, family pressures, and bad relationships can cause such women to suppress their deeper needs.

DiamondQueen: A queen who expresses gratitude to our org by making a donation of 20,000 or more.

Spadequeen: A woman who has fully embraced her deepest desires and is open to cultivating new desires (guided by our therapist) to set an example for the society. Our programs are focused on transforming any queen into a Spadequeen.

Knight: A Bold Loving Knight (BLK) is a man whose raw instincts excel at satisfying our queens. Each month, we hand-pick the 30 best BLKs from 100s of applications. We nurture their instinct with our therapy and training to liberate our Queens.

Lord: A knight is promoted to a Lord when:

  • He satisfies one or more queens and inspires them to meet more knights. The queen has to express it to the org.
  • Or the knight's queen begins to believe in us and donates more than 10,000 to the org and becomes a Diamondqueen.

A Lord enjoys more power. He can pick his queen from options. A lord can also request a special training for his queen.

King: Few Lords are promoted to Kings. Imagine the power of a King! Every king is invited to Queen's Gala and becomes center of attention.

Therapist: Our therapists are experts in studying the minds of our queens and knights. They skillfully help our queens realize their deepest desires and sometimes help them seed new ones. They also help our knights channel their passion, to slowly lead our queens to deeper passions without overwhelming them.

Trainer: Our trainers excel at transforming the personalities of our queens and knights. Sometimes queens are burdened by their wealth and high-society upbringing, which blocks their submissive side. We help unblock it and teach them to respect our knights. Our trainers also instruct our queens in body language techniques that can evoke the raw passion of our Knights. They also guide our knights to establish needed control over the queens.

Scouts: Our scouts are proficient at growing our community. They are skilled in identifying potential queens and raw knights by observing them from a distance. After observation, they chat with them to determine if they are flexible enough to align with our philosophy. They bring in more than 30% of the queens. Once a queen or knight is comfortable, the scout helps them understand how we can transform their lives. Once convinced, the scout registers them.

Advisor/Coordinator: The scout hands over the new member to a coordinator. Based on their personality profile, the advisor assigns them a therapist. After therapy, the advisor may or may not enroll them in a training program. Some selected queens are also put through special training programs.
